Hey gang,

I found this interesting guy by the name of Robert Bruce.
Robert pretty much made the Astral world his Playground for over 20 some years. He experimented with many things and finally wrote this book on first building your energy body which he claims is needed for Astral Projection and then teaching you how to Astral Project.
I'm currently on his energy work section believe when i say you can actually stimulate and manipulate energy just about anywhere on your body. When i first did this i did it with my big toe joint on left foot (most felt side). My joint was buzzing for half an hour after i stimulated that part of my foot. He even shows you how to raise energy from feet to your storage points and your primary energy centers (your chakras, which he spent finding from scratch).

This is a must read! If you don't care about Astral Projection at least try the energy work.

I activated my base chakra last night by raising energy from my feet to by base (between anus and genitals)...after a while something kind of clicked or snapped there and i everything got warm and tingly and i could actually feel the vortex.

He also has a section about getting to the Akashi Records...very interesting but haven't read in depth.

I discovered that if I cross my hands over my chest and just feel my fingertips touching I soon feel tingling and feel my energy level just go up and up and up and it happens within seconds of time. Its interesting because even as I charge myself I can 'downcharge' myself while I'm charging up. :> I can also loose that charge gradually and especially felt downcharged while I was in a library near a (currently-ungifted) cellphone tower I said currently :>

We are so focused on doing, but it is less what we do but what we dont do. What we focus on and intent and receive healings and let God to the rest. And practice, practice makes perfect, the more you work with energy the more it becomes real, palpable. I want to be in reality but just enjoy the reality of it! Be it energy, intuition galore, healings.. Maybe seeing things in the next reality will be something I see someday but I like being intuitive and thickheaded. Just ordered chakra balancer and protection pendant. So basically I'm gonna do what I'm gonna do and its from the heart and when your reality is your own - its beautiful! :> Love galore lately and I felt very special yesterday - very special. I can feel the energy between my hands. You can move your hands apart and focus on feeling the energy between them (connecting between your fingertips) and feel the energy increase and feel how that feels. You can take another person and have them hold their hands up and see if they can feel the energy from your hands (without connecting). I think its a lot easier for people who work with energy to feel it but its definitely real and I'm hoping my wife will get better (or soon be able to) sense it! With enough healings maybe soon! It takes time, cant rush anything...
