I needed to know what this meant. The other day out of the blue, I got the words "Cookie Cutters". I was on the way to the bathroom and all of a sudden I said aloud those words.

I was like

Mentioned it to Lilly and she congratulated me and said welcome to the psychic world and that it was my higher self talking.

With all the recent spamming and hacking going on, we had concluded that possibly it could have meant to clean out the cookies on my computer.

But apparently that wasn't it.

Then last night while lying in bed relaxing, the words "Cookie Cutter Laws" just popped into my mind, totally out of the blue again.

Then I dream about looking it up on Google last night.

Then I get up this morning and did a search, and lo and behold there is such a term. Here's the search.

Cookie Cutter Laws = Bureaucratic Cancer

A model piece of legislation developed by some think tank and they make these templates available for adoption and passage among enforcing agencies.

They always benefit govt, not us, and also benefits Corporate Interests aka "it's always business".

Short Definition? Cookie Cutter Laws = Bureaucratic Cancer or Administrative Cancer.

He said look up "Metropolitan Govt."

And then look up "Jo Hindman" and her pamphet called "Terrible 13 13"

I'll look those up and see if I can find the pamphlet.
