I remember when one of my first mentors went over this for the first time with me; an amazing and loving experience.

Your body never lies (she reminds me); it always tells the truth. Are you listening to it?
Let's listen to it and we will use these affirmations to straighten this out... Then (after each statement) we will test with neurokinesiology [based on applying pressure on your raised arm], to see if the affirmation was effective, and if not, why it wasn't.
You can say this anytime of the day, and sometimes you have to say it three or four times a day.
"Today is ________. I am_________. I am in my conscious, rational decision-making mind."
You are telling yourself you want to be in the "computer control room". If you are not, somebody else is going to be there. It could be your subconscious mind, or your file manager, or one of those unnamed things that float around in the air that we don't see.
"I recognize now that I can access all the files in the conscious mind, middle self, subconscious mind, in the denial files, denial of denial files, the back-up files and the time line files and bring them to the surface and do it now."

Let's say this affirmation to see if you love yourself:
LOVE "I recognize now that love is my responsibility and I accept that now. And I know full well I can accept love in my life and I am doing that now. I am entitled to unconditional love and I accept that now. And I know full well, it is my responsibility to accept love in my life. I am doing that now. I am entitled to live in peace, happiness, harmony and joy. I accept that now and I know love is kindness with caring, acceptance without judgment or control, and acceptance without manipulation or authority. I accept that now. So, I recognize now, that I can remove all inner shadows that are blocking me off from my higher self. I am doing that now. I know now, I can remove all outer shadows that are blocking me off from God. I am re-establishing the presence of God in my life. I am doing that now. I recognize now that I have to make peace with my middle self (the program manager) and I am committed to doing that now. I know in the past, I gave you all the power because you were the program manager and I accepted you could handle my life for me. I know you did the best you could with the programs you had available. But I realize now that I have to reclaim my personal power, and it is my responsibility to be the computer programmer and the computer operator and I accept that now. And I know full well, we can work together because you are an important part of my team and I need your help. I accept that now. I thank you for your help and I accept that now. And I know now that I have to make friends with my ego. I know in the past through conventional literature and misinterpretations I assumed you were the enemy and the villain and I know now that is totally false and erroneous. And I accept the fact you are the file manager and the secretary and librarian to my subconscious mind's computer and I accept that now. And I know now that I can give myself 100% full permission to forgive myself for any harm and trauma that I may have inflicted on you through my misconceptions and I accept that now. I thank you for your help and I am loving and forgiving myself. I am doing that now."

All physical manifestations have an electromagnetic field associated with them, and are either in harmony, indifferent or in conflict. We wish to establish ways of choosing our food, clothing, affirmations, thoughts, feelings, colors, space, etc. (overwhelmed by the numerous products lining shelfs), to enhance our life and grow in strength, beauty, joy, peace, harmony and love.
Kinesiology, muscle testing, biolcinesiology and pendulum testing are scientific outgrowths of folk's intuitive observations of life's phenomena poetically described as "turn ons, bummers or jives".
Over the last few years, there has been numerous studies done on the strength of the muscles, particularly the spindle-cells located in muscles. They have found that when ones thoughts/energy is positive the spindle-cells remain intact and together; however, when one thinks negative, these spindle-cells literally "break" apart, weakening the muscles resistance. Athletes know this very well...and are often trained to remain positive untill they completely cross over the finish line. Remember the brain and heart are muscles to!
The tests will give you simple indications of:

1) Which foods weaken or strengthen you.
2) Which herbs or food concentrates (and which brands) to use and their dosages.
3) Exact size of meal for best digestion and strength.
4) Good food combininations.
5) How to structure your program so that there is a daily increase in strength.
6) Theoretically you can ask any spicific yes/no questions (only that which is well-intended)
Emotions play a major role in the success of a healing program. One should re-examine attitude and secret negative affirmations about self-jealousies, anger, vengence and lack of forgiveness for self and others. If good food, no matter what dosage, gives a negative responce, check out your thoughts and feelings, forgive all and go out and do something nice for someone-especially one for whom you may have a dislike for. Use positive affirmations before eating.
For example, there are some folks who have an allergic reaction to wheatgrass, but when the emotions are corrected, show a strengthening effect.
Here are three different methods that may be used:

Method 1 (this is what I find to work the best)
Both persons are standing. The person to be tested (Pat) stands erect with arm extended from shoulder with palm facing down, and the other arm relaxed over her navel (this is the "storehouse" of ones instictive knowledge). Although either arm may be used, most practitioners have the right arm extended. The person testing (Doc) faces Pat (he should stand off to the side and not directly in front to inturupt Pat's energy space) and places one hand (or two or three fingers works better-do what feels "right") on Pat's wrist palm down and the other on Pat's shoulder (palm down, for balance). Doc will test Pat's ability to resits downwared pressure (Pat should try her hardest to keep her arm up).

Method 2
Both persons are standing. Pat has one hand at her side the other over her navel. Doc faces Pat's side with her arm down. He puts his left hand on the top part of Pat's arm and right hand under region between wrist and elbow. During testing, Doc will pull Pat's arm towards self with palm to establish strength and resistance.

Method 3
Pat links her index finger to the tip of her thumb with all her strength to form a circuit. Her other hand is over her navel. Doc grabs ends of the two fingers and tries to pull them apart (break the link).
You can do this to test yourself. There are many other ways of testing.

The basic procedure is as follows: Establish a standard level of strength of Pat by Doc saying "Resist me". He asks certain questions which Pat repeats while trying to keep her arm up (for example in Method 1). One should get a "base line" by asking "Yes" and "No", or by stating ones name or a fake name to see the resistance. For Method 1, "Yes" should keep the arm "locked" in its place, and "No" would make the arm drop/"break". This is much in the same way the pundulum works by asking it to indicate by either clockwise or counter-clockwise which direction is "yes". Then one would ask, for example, "is the celery in the quantity good for me?" and watch the direction of rotation. Both parties should use the same amount of strength when testing. One may use a sample of the testing material if available, and place it over the navel in the hand (when I was taught this we were given samples of different materials hidden in containers, and we were surprised to see the results.) I have seen the material in which to test for being written on a peice of paper, and that alone placed in the hand over the navel (without knowing the object), resulting in a connection! Important questions to ask: "Are you ready, willing, and able to heal on all levels today?" Is this that you hold close "supporting, balancing, stabalizing and beneficial for your perfect health?"
I have experienced that just pinching the muscle weekens it and by rubbing the muscle (upper arm etc.) makes it strong again!
I have found the muscle test and pendulum in agreement and have helped me and many others in knowing many important information. Intention and belief is once again is very important.

Another way is to learn how to read yourself. Start by watching a baby that is starting to stand. He/she if you notice wavers back and forth, this is because they are still conected to the higher realms (through the Fontanella-soft spot of their head/crown). We can learn to "tap" into this naturally (as often you see people in prayer swaying back and forth). Try it, stand up with both hands over your navel. Focus on connecting your crown to the Most High, and let go. Once you begin to sway, you can then begin to ask yourself spicific yes/no questions. Start by asking your body to show you a "yes", a "no", and see what happens. Usually Yes causes one to lean forward, and No to lean back. You can begin to ask your body to show you what happiness, anger, love, sadness feels like. You can begin to know many sacred things about yourself, and thus the world around you.
Sometimes questions may not be clear, so you would have to ask it again (3 times is very powerful for ressurance), or restate the question. There is a bone located behind ones ear and if you tap on it with two fingers from the top down a few times, this helps the answers to be more clear (Temporal Tap).
Eventually one will learn to find answeres (for all things we have the answer to inside us anyway) more intuitively. Love and Trust yourself.

Love Everyone Unconditionally - Including Yourself.


The Ways to Become a Living Lover:

Use the Twelve Pathways to take you to the Higher Consciousness Planes of Unconditional Love or Oneness.


THE TWELEVE PATHWAYS:


Liberating My Conscious-awareness

1. I am freeing myself from security, sensation, and power addictions that make me try to forcefully control situations in my life, and thus destroy my serenity and keep me from loving myself and others.

2. I am discovering how my consciousness-dominating addictions create my illusory version of the changing world of people and situatuations around me.

3. I welcome the opportunity (even if painful) that my minute-to-minute experience offers me to become aware of the addictions I must reprogram to be liberated from my robot-like emotional patterns.

Being Here Now


4. I always remember that I have everything I need to enjoy my here and now unless I am letting my consciousness be dominated by demands and expectations based on the dead past or the imagined future.

5. I take full responsibility here and now for everything I experience for it is my own programming and actions that create the reactions of everyone around me.

6. I accept myself completely here and now and consciously experience everything I feel, think, say, and do (including my emotion-backed addictions) as a necessary part of my growth into higher consciousness.

Interacting With Others

7. I open myself genuinely to all people by being willing to fully communicate my deepest feelings since hiding in any degree keeps me stuck in my illusion of seperateness from other people.

8. I feel with loving compassion the problems of others without getting caught up emotionally in their predicaments which are offering them messages they need for their own growth.

9. I act freely when I am tuned in, centered, and loving, but if possible I avoid acting when I am emotionally upset and depriving myself of the wisdom that flows from love and expanded consciousness.

Realizing Cosmic Consciousness

10. I am continually calming the restless scanning of my rational mind in order to perceive the finer energies that enable me to unitively merge with everything around me.

11. I am constantly aware of which of The Seven Centers of Consciousness I am using, and I feel my energy, perceptiveness, love, and inner peace growing as I open all the centers of Consciousness.

12. I am perceiving everyone, including myself, as an awakening being who is here to claim his or her birthright of the higher consciousness planes of unconditional love and oneness.


The Scale for Knowing Your Level of Consciousness at Each Moment:

The Seven Centers of Consciousness:

1) The Security Center
2) The Sensation Center
3) The Power Center
4) The Love Center
5) The Cornucopia Center
6) The Self-awareness Center
7) The Cosmic Consciousness Center



The Five Methods for Working on Yourself:

1. Memorize the Tweleve Pathways and apply them to your problems.

2. Be aware at all times of which Center of Consciousness you are using to perceive your world.

3. Become more consciously conscious of the cause-effect relationship between your addictions and the resulting unhappiness.

4. Use the Catalyst All WAYS US LIVING LOVE as a tool for cognitive centering.

5. Use the Consciousness Focusing Techniques (connecting to THE ALMIGHTY SOURCE) which can enormously accelerate the reprogramming of your addictions.



Definitions:

1. Unhappiness is a psychological state arising from the more or less continuous disappointment, frustration, and suffering experience when life repeatedly gives us what we do not want to accept.

2. Happiness is a psychological state arising from more or less continuous pleasure. Pleasure comes from that which we tell ourselves we want to accept.

3. Bliss is a state of continuous happiness.



THREE TYPES OF PROGRAMMING

1. Addictive Programming. This type of programming is tied in with the emotional responses produced in the limbric areas of our biocomputer. The use of this type of circuitry makes us experience varying degrees of emotional tension regarding our fears and desires. When our biocomputer processes the incoming sensory information and finds that it threatens the fulfillment of any one of our addictive programs, our consciousness will be dominated by feelings such as fear, anger, resentment, jealousy, or anxiety. Even when we get what we addictively want, our wanting to keep things that way automatically creates a new addiction! And we are thereby even more deeply enmeshed in an endless network of emotion-backed demands that yield continuous threat, tension, and unhappiness.

2. Preferential Programming. When we have Preferential Programming, our biocomputer does not connect the fulfillment or lack of fulfillment with the limbric areas in such a way that emotional responses of fear, anger, jealousy, resentment, etc. are produced. For one example, if one has Addictive Programming regarding clear weather during a picnic, he will upset himself if it rains and his "whole day is ruined." If he has Preferential Programming for sunny skies during a picnic, and the rain comes, he just notices that his preference is not being realized. He gathers the things together, and continues to enjoy the picnic in the shelter of a gazebo or the car. The flow of the here and now appreciation of life is not upset when you have Preferential Programming.

3. Bliss Programing. When a person has escaped from all of his Addictive Programs and has enjoyed the happiness-yielding Preferential Programs for a sufficient period of time, it is possible to work towards what we call Bliss Programming. Bliss Programmin permits us to achieve a state of continuous happiness that is not related to any variable life realities. The nature of all life is that we "Win" some and we "Lose" some. When we unitively merge with everything, winning and losing are one. Bliss Programming enables us to totally break our dependence on the actions of people or any external conditions (including our body).
